There is a legend in Miahuatlan of Porfirio Diaz, which speaks of a woman dressed in white whom the people who have come to see her have not been able to define her face, her way of walking is quite seductive that she even hypnotizes with her charms. In the community it is believed that the matlazihua wants to take revenge on the drinking and womanizing men and if she does not manage to get her life, the men are very scared, so much so that they prefer to give up the habit.
